The VoltX 110W/160W Shingled PERC Flexible Solar Panel is anything but traditional. Introduce the latest advance Shingled PERC solar cells - Shingled solar cells are solar cells that are cut into typically 5 or 6 strips. These strips can be overlaid, like Shingleds on a roof, to form the electrical connections. The strips of solar cells are joined together using an electrically conductive adhesive (ECA) that allows for conductivity and flexibility.


Unlike conventional solar panels that use busbars to hold them together – minimizing the number of cells and thus power, you can draw – shingled panels utilize solar strips. The strips are overlaid, meaning there is nothing but pure cells available to draw power from the sun.
