Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

How do I return an item?

Visit our Returns Centre

1. Log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from us and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note.
5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.

What return reasons are accepted?

Item damaged on arrival

Incorrect item received

Item faulty / not working

Item received not as described

 

What items are returnable?

All items within 30 days from the date of dispatch

 

What items are non-refundable?

The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards

Discounted items (if applicable)

 

The item/s I received is damaged?

If the purchased product is faulty, or damaged, please reach out to our customer support team within (30 Days) of the date of dispatch, so we can make it right by offering either a replacement, repair or refund.

 

Can the item/s be exchanged or replaced?

We allow the exchange/replacement of purchased items if they are deemed defective or damaged. Once the request for an exchange/replacement item/s is approved, the replaced or exchange item/s will be shipped to the delivery address we have on file for you. We only offer exchanges or replacements for the same stocked item, as originally purchased.

 

If I change my mind can I return my item/s?

If you decide you have changed your mind or are generally unhappy with your purchase, you are eligible to request a return within 7 Days after receiving your order. To qualify your item/s must be in the same condition as your received it, unused, unworn and still in it's original packaging. You will be required to pay any return postage cost associated with returning the item/s back to us, you will also be required to pay a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from the initial refund amount before disbursing the funds back to your original payment method.

 

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

Refund to the original payment method

Refund to store credit (if applicable)

 

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned product/s, please refer to the email received after your return request is approved by our customer support team.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item/s are received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection status of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will typically be processed within (10 business days) after approval, and will reflect back on your original payment method within (3-5 working days).
